Since 2002 aluCine Toronto Latin Media Festival has been organizing free video workshops for members of the Youth Latin American Community living in Canada. The workshops emphasize conceptual thinking using video as a tool. Our aim is to produce breakthrough and innovative works that address political and aesthetic concerns from the perspective of Latin youth.
